Article 1

Acceptance of the present general conditions of sale

Ordering our products online , or sending an order by e-mail on the website of Christie 's Shop means that you fully these general conditions of sale. This Agreement shall be governed by Luxembourg law. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Esch -sur- Alzette , is competent to come up with a judgment.

Article 2

Order

The information given by the buyer when ordering engages him. In case of error in the delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the incapacity of delivering the product. All offers are without engagement and are subject to stocks being available at Christie's Shop. Each order will be confirmed by the vendor, through the issuance of an invoice from Christie's Shop. Under no circumstances your order alone, without confirmation from Christie 's Shop, guarantees your obtaining the products.

Article 3

Delivery and receipt

3.1. Packages are shipped in boxes once and at the same address. Christie 's Shop recommends combining all your purchases in one order, to avoid having to pay the shipping cost for each individual order.

3.2. If desired, the Buyer can come personally to pick up the products at the headquarters of Christie's Shop. This pick up must be done by appointment with prior confirmation of Christie's Shop. Product delivery will be made within 7 working days after receipt of the full amount of the invoice. Shipping costs are estimated based on the destination, package weight and the diesel tax.

3.3. Any possible delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or claim damages. Are considered as force majeure hence releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.

3.4 The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Christie 's Shop recommends that you always check well your package on arrival. You have a period of 24 hours to make a claim with Christie 's Shop in case of missing or damages.

Article 4

Faculty retraction

Under the Consumer Code, the Purchaser shall have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund , without penalty , except the cost of return .

The Buyer, under the following conditions can return products: the product must be returned to Christie 's Shop in perfect condition for resale in their original condition, unopened. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. No packages or mail unstamped or insufficiently prepaid will be accepted (sent postage due) .

It is essential to inform Christie 's Shop and wait for its agreement to return the product. Upon receipt of the agreement, the Buyer has 7 days to return the product to Christie 's Shop at the registered address mentioned below. After these 7 days, the return will be refused. Christie's Shop shall refund the price of the returned product, after deduction of discounts and vouchers to the Purchaser within maximum 30 days of its receipt. Shipping fees and return shall be borne by the Buyer.

All risk associated with returning the product is the responsibility of the Buyer. If at the time of receipt of the returned product, the packaging is damaged, torn, opened or if the item has been used or soiled, Christie 's Shop will not hold account for a refund or exchange for this item.

Article 5

Price

Christie 's Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. This change will be reported to the Buyer before any Order

The price is expressed in Euro, including a Luxemburg VAT rate of 17 % for rum and beer as well as kitchen accessories and freight, as from the 1st January 2015, and a VAT rate of 3% for the other products. Prices do not include shipping. Christie's Shop confirms the final price. Any change in the VAT rate will be reflected in the price of products sold by Christie 's Shop on the Website.

Article 6

Payment

Christie 's Shop offers three methods of payment:

"PayPal Integral " which supports secured Internet payments. All processing of the financial transaction takes place on the server "PayPal" and therefore does not pass by the site of Christie's Shop. This ensures complete safety for the Buyer. Christie 's Shop can neither know nor store at any time the credit card numbers of potential Buyers;

Payment by bank transfer to the account of Christie 's Shop before delivery. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the Buyer (including in the case of a refund);

Cash on delivery if the Buyer chooses to pick up his order at Christie's Shop. Buyer is requested to provide the exact amount of the invoice at the pick up of the order. It is understood that by choosing this option, no shipping fees will be charged to the Buyer.

A VAT invoice will be established by Christie 's Shop and sent to the customer 's billing address. To ensure the monitoring and delivery of orders correctly, a copy of order confirmation will be required when collecting orders from our premises. It is imperative to bring this document, as well as an identity document.

All orders are payable in euros, all taxes and mandatory contributions included. The order will be reserved until payment is received. The order will be processed once payment is received. Christie 's Shop reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order that is not paid within 15 days of the invoice date.

Article 7

All goods remain the property of Christie 's Shop wherever they are until full payment of invoices.

Article 8

Disputes

In case of dispute the customer must first contact Christie 's Shop for an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Esch -sur- Alzette shall have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.

Article 9

Accountability and Protection of Minors

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 59-107 of 7 January 1959 and Law No. 74-631 of 5 July 1974 , the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited. Anyone ordering alcohol at Christie 's Shop is committed to be 18 years old on the date of the order. Christie 's Shop reserves the right to request proof of identity when removing the command at the registered address

By buying on www.christiesshop.com, the Buyer, states having full legal capacity, allowing him to engage himself under these Terms and Conditions prior to his order . Christie 's Shop shall have no obligation to verify the legal capacity of its website visitors and buyers . Therefore, if a person does not have legal capacity but still orders articles on Christie 's Shop , the sole responsibility of this Order shall be assumed by his legal representatives (parents, guardians) who should therefore take responsibility of the order.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. Consume and enjoy in moderation. Under Law No. 75-17 of 6 January 1978 , you have the right to correct your personal data .
